Chanukah Nes Gadol  by Marlene Burns
The festival of Chanukah is expressed via the oldest symbol in Judaism, the menorah.  The fiery center represents the miracle of the Maccabee’s victory as well as the lasting of the oil.  In the same way we remember and celebrate the festival of lights,  the branches of the Chanukiah embrace the miracles and spread out the joy .

This dramatic statement is mounted on brilliant silver cardstock, suitable for framing, with the full translation and artist’s interpretation on the back. A true keepsake! Each 5”x7” card comes in a clear sleeve, complimented with a metallic envelope. See other samples of the cards here: http://www.homegrownjudaica.com/1/post/2011/04/greeting-cards-galore.html

Rosh Hashanah Akedah by Marlene Burns
The Akedah, the binding of Isaac, is used as the expression for the Rosh HaShanah image. The left side of the painting shows Abraham’s ten trials and the right side shows the realm of perfect faith attained with the  whole circle and the image of a shofar, the horn of the ram which was sacrificed instead of Isaac.

This expressive statement is mounted on brilliant silver cardstock, suitable for framing,  with the full translation and artist’s interpretation on the back. A true keepsake! Each 5”x7” card comes in a clear sleeve , complimented with a metallic envelope. See other samples of the cards here: http://www.homegrownjudaica.com/1/post/2011/04/greeting-cards-galore.html

Each 5”x7” card comes in a clear sleeve, complimented with a metallic envelope. See other samples of the cards here: http://www.homegrownjudaica.com/1/post/2011/04/greeting-cards-galore.html
