The symbol of the Tree of Life is used in Judaism in the Torah.   The Torah is a " Tree of Life - Etz Hayyim - to all who hold fast to it" and it represents "eternal life planted in our midst."    The graphic has been designed with Julie Staller-Pentelnik, a Jewish artist well known for her Hebrew calligraphy and ketubot.

The Tree of Life glitters in the light of the candles with the use of this iridescent dark green stained glass.  The glass have been sandblasted and then fire polished in the kiln.  The hand cut glass is then adhered to the beveled base and candle holders are added.  There are eight candle holders for each night of Hanukkah and one, the Shammas, used to light the candles each night.  The candles are in a straight row and the shammos is taller and separate for a reason.  This arrangement meet the specifications of a kosher menorah.

The symbol of the Tree of Life is a meaning for gift for any Jewish home and could be a special gift for a bar or bat mitzvah, a wedding, a birth, an anniversary or an engagement.
