These reproductions were my interpretation of 17th Century European torah covers. These covers are highly ornate, finely detailed, and heavily embroidered with metallic threads. All torah mantles have wooden yokes, beautiful linings, and an overlapped opening in back for easy access. Everything I do is made to order, so almost any design is possible.
